All products sold by PDFLadder are digital downloads. Due to the nature of digital goods, we are unable to offer refunds as standard once an order has been placed and the file has been made available for download.

If you have an issue with your order, please contact us and we'll review it on a case by case basis. We reserve the right to decline refund requests.
